INTRODUCING 'ARRY LITE' MEMBERSHIP

  • 30 days Membership fee (10,500 JPY)

  • To become a member, please:

  • If you were a pre-arry member already, please refill this form and let us know the email that you registered with us.

  • During your 30-days membership period, you can purchase tickets available on the website or send request to check on available seat ticket (not event ticket). Please note that we DO NOT guarantee there will be tickets on your desired dates, but we will assist you in checking with restaurants stated on our seat ticket webpage. We would not suggest you to join the plan if you have last minute request. It’s recommended that you put a request at least 3 months before your travel date.

  • All arry lite member’s request will be handled based on first come first serve basis, we appreciate your patience

  • After your arry lite membership expires, you will become pre-arry member, your purchased tickets will still be valid, and all terms and conditions still applies.

  • ​Ticket and membership rules are the same

  • No refund will be made once you join the arry lite membership plan.

FOR EXISTING ARRY MEMBERS

  • ​If you are still an arry member on 23 August 2023, your membership will be extended for 5 months. To inquiry on your expiry date, please fill in this form

  • Enjoys priority in making or requesting reservations before arry lite members

  • ​If you do not use Instagram and wish to receive email notification, please fill in this form and let us know which restaurant you would like to visit.

  • All seats are first come first served based on email time stamp

  • If seats are limited, arry members who has purchased ticket at that restaurant in previous slot will have less priority for the next reservation for that restaurant.

  • After the annual arry membership plan expires, please join the arry lite membership plan

FOR MADO MEMBERS

  • We will not be accepting new MADO members

  • Existing MADO members will continue to keep their status and enjoy priority in making reservations

  • Detailed arrangement will be notified by email

HOW TO PURCHASE A TICKET?

  • Ticket will be listed on the website or it will be announced on our instagram

  • send an request to info@arryjapan.com

  • ​we shall confirm you on availability and ticket details

  • payment via PayPal (all purchase include a 5% Paypal handling fee)

  • Receive purchase confirmation

  • ​Receive e-ticket 7 days before dining date

  • ​PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

TICKET RULE

  • Restaurants will verify your identity before entry. Registered members MUST be the ticket holder, otherwise entry would not be granted 

  • The establishment will consider your reservation as cancelled if you are late. No refund will be given for such cancellations.

  • Reserved dates can no longer be changed once booked

  • No refund upon payment

  • All dining parties must be aged 16 and above

  • Strict implementation of the dress code: No casual wear, shorts, flip-flops, and No perfume is allowed

  • arry has the right to remove memberships if there’s any violation on the rules / serious complains reported by the restaurant without prior notice
