ABOUT THE CHEF
Kentaro Nakahara is known as the master of wagyu in Japan. His shokunin spirit fueled his desire to study and observe the best way to slice through different cuts of beef. He believes that the slightest difference by a mere millimetre on the slicing of wagyu would have a large impact on the flavor, and therefore dedicated his career in perfecting it.
